Restaurant Membership Fees

We're delighted that you want to become a Member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association. We've tried to make our Fee Schedule as simple, fair and flexible as possible, so that it caters for variety of different restaurants including independents and chains. MEMBERSHIP FEES – INDEPENDENT RESTAURANTS

 

Membership fees are payable by quarterly subscription, with an initial joining fee of £75.  Restaurants making a one-off annual payment benefit from a 5% discount.


MEMBERSHIP IS RATED IN THREE BANDS BASED ON RESTAURANT ANNUAL TURNOVER:


  • Over £1 million = £500 pa (£125 per quarter)
  • 500,000 to £1 million = £360 pa (£90 per quarter)
  • Under £500,000 = £240 pa (£60 per quarter)

  • Pre-Audit Review = £400
  • Sustainability Audit, Report and Action Plan = £700
  • On-site Sustainability Consultancy = £500 per day
  • Additional Welcome Pack = £40
  • Customised Welcome Pack = £poa

Annual Membership fees are payable by quarterly subscription. Restaurants making a one-off annual payment benefit from a 5% discount.


MEMBERSHIP IS CALCULATED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF RESTAURANTS IN THE CHAIN AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE REQUIRED

  • Dedicated sustainability manager who will work to:

- Organise existing initiatives and activities into a sustainability framework
- Identify three key initiatives for 2010
- Provide reactive support and advice on sustainability issues
- Suggest new sustainability solutions for development and testing as pilot schemes

  • Listing of each outlet in the Sustainable Restaurant Directory
