The Gallery Cafe

The Gallery Cafe is a not-for-profit community cafe situated a few minutes away from Bethnal Green tube station.

It serves delicious vegetarian and vegan food, from hot and cold snacks to hearty meals, including a vegan daily special. Popular items on our daytime menu include a griddled halloumi wrap, penne arrabiata, toasted beigles, goats cheese and spinach quiche, soup and bread, and salad nicoise. We serve coffee, cold drinks and a wide variety of teas and have a reputation for tasty, indulgent cakes with an impressive range for vegans.We are open every day and all weekday evenings where you can also sample one of our organic beers, ciders, or vegan wines.

The Gallery Cafe is an acclaimed live music venue, featuring an open mic night every Wednesday and free live music every Friday. We also have live poetry, craft clubs, book clubs, and more.
