London embedded sustainability at the heart of its bid for the 2012 Games and the themes of climate change, waste, biodiversity, inclusion and healthy living are guiding the preparations for catering for the millions of expected visitors.
The SRA’s Managing Director Mark Linehan is a member of the London Food Board, which is working with the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) to help develop a policy that will deliver the stated Food vision and leave behind a legacy that will help improve the sustainability of restaurant food in the capital and beyond.
