On April 12th, 2012 Kofler & Kompanie has launched the first 42°RAW café in London at 6 Burlington Gardens, Mayfair.
A joint venture with 42°RAW, and Jesper Rhydal, Founder and CEO of 42°RAW in Copenhagen.
A raw cuisine based on the strict principle of using plant based ingredients and not using heat above 42 degrees celsius on food, as above this temperature nutrients start to diminish in food. Fresh organic ingredients, naked, nutrient rich, and delicious, just as nature intended – untouched by sugar, dairy products, preservatives and colouring.
