Lyfe, sustainable fast food

Ex-McDonald’s executive, Mike Roberts, might just pave the way to fully expand the sustainable fast food industry, and organically at that. He has launched a new restaurant concept called LYFE Kitchen in California, that aims to serve great fast food and set best-practice. Many people consider fast food restaurants to have partially created what they see as an unsustainable agricultural system, but Roberts is hoping that he can grow this new business into a chain of ethical eateries that will help change the system for the better. And he like us is convinced of one thing; that there is consumer demand for sustainable dining.
